Please allow up to 5 business days from date of order for delivery
*EXCLUDING HOLIDAY—Allow 7 days from date of order.
For loose leaf tea orders of 2 pounds or more please allow up to 3 weeks in the fulfillment of your order.
We use the following carriers to deliver your order:
For monthly subscription boxes, you will be charged on the 24th of each month.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on your location and the weight of your product(s). Because the weight cannot be determined prior to having the product(s) weighed at a local postal service, you will be notified if the total cost exceeds the standard/local shipping rate of $8.00.

If you wish to cancel your order(s) AFTER clicking the Place Order button, you may do so by logging back in to the site and select the My Account tab that (if) you established. Otherwise, you can cancel items while in the shopping cart BEFORE clicking the Place Order button.
